Ward 7 / Community-based

The Movement
Martial Arts

Training is the starting point. Growth is the purpose.

The experience

Strength is more than what you can do on the mat.

The Movement is RUE’s community-based martial arts and youth development program in Ward 7. Young men take part in structured martial arts and combat sports training while developing discipline, emotional regulation, confidence, accountability, and leadership.

They practice respecting others, responding appropriately under pressure, persevering through challenges, and taking responsibility for their actions.
