BUILT to LEAD is RUE’s 12-week school-based leadership development program for high school young men, open to schools and organizations that inquire. It creates a structured, relational space where young men explore identity, emotional regulation, decision-making, relationships, responsibility, discipline, and leadership.
Young men take part in facilitated discussions, physical activities, leadership exercises, mentorship, reflection, and practical challenges they can apply at school, at home, and in their communities.
