Share the work. Tell the truth.
We believe the young men, families, and communities at the heart of RUE deserve a clear and honest account of our work.
What 2025 looked like.
Figures are from 2025 and are not current enrollment.
About these numbers
The seven belt promotions in 2025 were four White Belt, one Yellow Belt, and two Purple Belt. Rank advancement reflects training and skill progression. The program tracked participation and skill advancement across the year.
What mentors observed
Through weekly check-ins and participation, mentors observed growth in areas such as emotional awareness, discipline, confidence, and peer relationships. These are mentor observations, not measured clinical, academic, or community outcomes.
Our goal for 2026 is to double the work we did in 2025—reaching more young men, providing more consistent opportunities to grow, and strengthening the families and partnerships around them.
This is a goal for the year ahead, not a reported result. What we intend to understand.
RUE intends to measure growth in identity, emotional regulation, relationships, discipline, program completion, and demonstrated leadership. These areas guide learning and accountability; they are not claims of achieved outcomes.
